Learning to play blues guitar has never been so simple, or so enjoyable
This step-by-step, video instruction course contains everything you’ll need to really learn the blues inside and out. These are the exact same lessons that thousands of students, many of them just like you, have used to learn how to play blues guitar.
And most importantly, you’ll have fun and be on your way to playing the blues from the very first lesson.

Dear Friend and Fellow Blues Lover,
I love the blues… and especially blues guitar.
I still remember the first time I saw B.B. King up on stage with Lucille taking us all back home… it was amazing. Seeing some of the great bluesmen on stage is really something you never forget.
And I think you and I are a lot alike… we love the blues, and we love playing blues guitar. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t be here now reading this letter.
My name is Griff Hamlin and I’ve been fortunate enough to make a career out of playing guitar, but even if it’s not how I made my living, I’d still be sitting at home playing on my old 6 string for my wife and son. Let’s face it… you don’t play because you can, you play because you have to.
But the real story is how I got here…
You see, I actually started playing and teaching guitar professionally in the mid 1980's. My father, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all teachers, and most of my family plays at least a couple of instruments. So I guess it was a natural path for me.
Back then I was going to be a rock star and that was that. Sure, I would listen to blues it if it was on, but I didn’t get it like blues lovers really do. (That took some time as you’ll soon see…)
In fact, one time I was at a weekend-long guitar clinic (put on by someone I don’t even remember now,) and I hardly even noticed the instructor’s lesson on how to play blues guitar. I was too focused on the latest “shredder” tricks.
Well wouldn’t you know it… fast forward a few years and I was auditioning for a local classic rock & blues band.
I really didn’t have the style they wanted, but there was a gig in two weeks and I said I’d have the material down so they gave me a shot.
That’s when I got a rude awakening…
I had about 50 songs to learn in 2 weeks time. And I mean learn… from memory… completely!
Lucky for me, they didn’t ask me to learn all of the solos note for note. That was cool because it allowed me to work my soloing skills, and it made it so I didn’t have to memorize so much!
But that’s wasn’t the real problem…
The problem was, what I discovered about my playing really disturbed me…
I had spent so many years learning every scale shape, arpeggio, mode, and every scrap of theory I could get my head around… and none of that mattered. I sounded like a 2nd rate hack on every tune.
Here I was spending no less than 3 hours every day in my studio with my tape deck beating my head against the wall. It didn’t matter, everything I played just stunk.
I was stressed to say the least…
About 3 days before the gig I remembered that obscure “guitar clinic” I had been to a few years before…
I remembered what the instructor had said about playing blues using major and minor blues scales. I even was able to find my printed materials from that clinic and looked them over (who says being a pack-rat is bad?)
To make a long story short, I turned on the tape again and started playing along. When the solo section came up I began to noodle…
But this time everything was different…
I laughed out loud and said to myself, “there’s no way it’s that simple, this must be some kind of fluke…”
So I turned on the next tune and approached it the same way.
I was totally blown away…
I went through every tune on the set list using this new approach and could not believe what I was hearing coming from my amp.
Not only were the songs coherent and soulful, but I found myself stumbling upon the exact same licks that the original artists were playing… without even trying.
I realized that I was approaching the tunes the same way that they were…
I had it, and I’ve never looked back.
I went on to form my own blues band in 1993. Our first gig was in July of 1993 at some little bar in Huntington Beach, California. We went on to play as many as 200 shows a year, released 2 CD’s and I’ve toured around the world to places as far away as Poland, Turkey, Italy, and Korea.
During that entire time I’ve kept a full roster of students. Sometimes as many as 70 per week, and rarely less than 40.
As you can imagine, many people have come to me for lessons because they’ve either seen me play or have heard me on recordings. So I teach a lot of aspiring blues players every day. It’s awesome, let me tell you.
When the internet came along, I was as excited as everyone else to see the technology emerge. And like a lot of people, I was also disappointed to see so much bad information pushed on so many unsuspecting people.
I’m not saying that everyone out there in cyberspace is a con artist, far from it. But I’ve bought a lot of materials online to try out in my own teaching studio. And let’s just say that it is really rare that I’m impressed.
So I was in a lesson a couple of years ago complaining that I couldn’t find any decent stuff for my students to play along with. My student said “why don’t you make your own?” And the rest is history…
“I Am So Much Better Than I Was A Week Ago…”
I can tell you, from someone that has invested $1000's in guitar instruction, that finding first an instructor that knows what he’s doing, teaching a genre that is meaningful, through a medium that is easy to manage, in a method that makes sense, is priceless. I find no surprises about the success of your program. This is really good stuff. It is exactly what I was looking for – a ‘step-by-step do not proceed till you mastered this’ approach. I am going to take my ability to the next level. In 3 segments of your course so far I am so much better than I was a week ago. - Andy, USA
Do You Share Some Of These Common Frustrations?
- “Where do I start?” – Most people have a hard time knowing where to start, and in what order to learn things. Should you learn the blues scale first? What about all 5 positions? What chord shapes should you use? The list of questions is almost endless.
- “Everything goes by too fast.” – Let’s face it, if you’re trying to get it from a recording, the artist isn’t going to slow down and explain what’s going on for you. What you need is to have the licks broken down in to small pieces that can be easily mastered quickly. Success begets success, and with a little taste of it you’ll learn more, faster.
- “I don’t have time.” – Listen, I’m a husband and a father too. I know that If it takes more than about 20 minutes a day, it ain’t going to happen! We all have responsibilites that make regular, weekly lessons with an instructor an impossibility, and playing time is usually stolen from some other chore around the house.
- “How do I use what I learn?” - Just because you learn a lick doesn’t mean you can use it. You need a method of taking it to different keys and different feels until it becomes part of your own personal vocabulary. Playing blues should be like talking to a friend.
“…your course has far exceeded those expectations.”
I just want to say that I had high expectations for your course based on the videos I watched prior to purchase. I’m happy to say your course has far exceeded those expectations. It is concise, to the point, yet offers a wealth of material (and I have only gotten up to Lesson 7!).
Anyway its an amazing course and kudos to you for having developed it. It really displays your complete understanding of what guitar players of all levels need, and I think, guitar players of any level can gain from it. Ha, as a side note, its also fun. I end up doing it for much longer than 20 minutes a day, thats for sure.
- Best Regards - Dennis
Here are just some of the things Blues Guitar Unleashed 2.0 can do for you:
- Discover how to solo effortlessly in any key, major or minor, anywhere on the guitar fretboard. No more getting lost or wondering what you’re “allowed” to play. That means no more “clinkers” while you wring every last drop of emotion out of your solos without thinking. You’ll be able to simply enjoy the looks on the faces of the other players as they admire your riffs.
- Know when and how to play the major versus the minor blues sound. This one secret is the same thing that completely changed my own playing in a couple of hours. Once you learn this you will be able to think like your guitar heroes before you. Many times you can even just hear something they play, and you’ll know exactly how to play it… even without a guitar in your hands (I’ve seen it happen… often!)
- You’ll learn how to know exactly what scales to use, in what key, and when, without any unnecessary theory. No dorians, mixolydians, or any other “Greekness” going on here (but I will tell you why don’t need those modes.) This is straight-to-the-point stuff you can start using on day 1.
- How to easily and quickly execute all of the necessary guitar “tricks” like hammer-ons, pull-offs, slides, and “tweedlies” (my personal favorite.) You have to be able to do these to get the real blues sounds. None of them are hard if you learn them right.
- How blues chord progressions work using the 12 bar blues. With this lesson alone you could be creating your own songs within minutes, or you can use it to know what’s coming up in songs you’ve never played before. Imagine stepping up on an open jam and not worrying about what tune they call because you know you can nail it, no matter what.
- You’ll learn how to setup your right and left hand fingerings to effortlessly bend the strings as far as you need to… and without all those extra “noises” when you are done with the bend (this is probably the most common question I get!) The answer is all in the right hand.
- How to play literally hundreds of tried and true blues licks, in a variety of keys and styles. I walk you through them note by note, with an inset camera on my left hand so you can see exactly what I am doing as I explain it. Each one is broken down so it is easy enough to learn in one session. You could learn a new lick this afternoon and play it with your friends tonight.
- You’ll learn how to construct a complete solo from start to finish. I think it’s so uncool to just throw a bunch of licks at you and say “have fun!” You’ve got to learn how to create phrases and make your guitar “talk.” The complete solo examples (there are 6 of them!) in Blues Guitar Unleashed will show you how it’s done, and more importantly how you can do it.
- You’ll learn at least 14 different “must have” blues rhythms that you can use at any jam session. Many of these are taken from popular blues songs such as “I’m Tore Down,” “La Grange,” “Pride and Joy,” and others. Knowing these will give you the confidence to play anything you want.
- You’ll develop your own ability to hear exactly what is being played on a recording. Actually, you’ll find that it’s easy when you know what that person is probably playing. People ask me all the time if I have perfect pitch because I listen to something once and can play it. In reality, it’s just because I know what to expect and you will too.
- You’ll see how to use the blues scale not just for soloing, but also within your rhythm playing to keep a cool groove going and embellish the chords. Playing with a band will be effortless, and any band in town will be happy to have you aboard.
- You’ll learn the most popular variations on the 12 bar blues, including how it applies to a minor blues. This allows you to hear more quickly what other players are doing, and also gives more options for writing your own songs.
- You’ll get a logical and methodical system for learning blues guitar. The book and DVDs are arranged so that you can start right from Lesson 1, page 1, and go through to the end. Every lesson builds on the lessons before it. You can go at your own pace, and you’ll know you are making progress as you master each lesson.
- You’ll learn not just how to play a lick, but how to make it a part of your own vocabulary. You’ll know how to use it in any solo, not just the one you learned it from. This is where so many courses fail, and so many students really suffer. You’ll be able to wrangle every ounce of emotion out of your guitar without having to learn an encyclopedia full of licks.
- You’ll discover all about chord substitutions. Without a doubt this is one area that makes things a lot more fun. It’s really easy when you know the 3 chord families and how they are related. No one will believe you can play so many cool chords so effortlessly. (they work for solos too…)
- You’ll learn all of the chord shapes and rhythm patterns you’ll ever need to know. You’ll be able to play 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, major 7th, 7#9, and a slew of other great blues chords. No matter what chord comes up in a tune, you’ll know the best way to play it (and I assure you it is not what your chord book would have you play!)
“I Felt On Top Of The World…”
Just had to write and tell you this. I was at the local blues club a couple of days back (it’s sort of an open mic let’s all join in type night). I just went along to check it out really. Anyway, they were badgering me to get up and join in, which I was getting pretty nervous about but by the end of the night I just had to have a go. I got one of the guys to play a 12 bar rhythm in A and just played your solo 1 example over the top. I felt on top of the world when it had finished and got a few pats on the back. I came out of there feeling at least 6 inches taller and it’s all down to you so can i say a big big thank you. The course is great by the way and I’m having some brilliant fun.
- Tony, Great Britain
“By Far The Best Yet…”
I have about everything advertised on the internet. Secrets to everything, but your course is by far the best yet. I hope you have more coming.

“…my guitar is much happier and so am I!”
Instead of being born a wildly talented black blues player, born with the spiritually guided, genetic knowledge of the blues, I was born a white, middle-aged housewife who has been struggling with lessons and the general feeling that I do not deserve the full-of-mojo-semi-hollow-body-telly that I have been torturing the soul out of for lo these many years. Since my husband came across this web site, my guitar is much happier and so am I. I actually amaze myself, not to mention the people that hear me play, the dog no longer has to be put out of the house when I practice. YOU, not Eric Clapton, are God, as the wall said. Thanks a million times over.

Let’s Take A Look Under The Hood…
- Lesson 1: This lesson covers the 2 basic 7th chord shapes used in most blues songs. The chords are easy, and you also learn a key blues rhythm to use with the example song. After just this first lesson you’ll be playing blues and having fun with it.
- Lesson 2: This lesson covers some additional 7th chord shapes and introduces a new blues rhythm pattern over the example song. This is also where you’ll learn about the 12 bar blues form, and how to know the chords in almost any blues song instantly.
- Lesson 3: Here we learn about the best 9th chords for blues music. You hear these everywhere and you probably don’t even know it. Want instant cool factor? This is it.
- Lesson 4: Here we talk about what I call “little chords.” If you play with a group, you really need these. Best part is, you never play more than 2 or 3 notes at a time! You’ve probably been thinking it’s a lot harder than it really is.
- Lesson 5: The Blues Half-Step is one of the best “coolness factor” moves around. Playing along with this tune you’ll have it down in no time.
- Lesson 6: In this lesson you’ll learn the rhythm and chord changes in the style of the song “I’m Tore Down.” It’s a staple at open jam nights, and the backing track is great fun to play over. This rhythm has been used in hundreds of blues songs over the decades.
- Lesson 7: This lesson introduces you to what I call “The Stormy Slide.” Remember the Allman Brothers recording of Stormy Monday? This will give you that sound. Perfect flavoring for any slow blues song.
- Lesson 8: Here we get down on the jam night staples… Blues in E, Blues in A, Blues in D. With this you will fear no jam night… you’ll be ready.
- Lesson 9: John Lee Hooker started this rhythm and ZZ Top took it from there. Can I get a “How How How How?”
- Lesson 10: Heading down Texas way this lesson gets you playing a stinging Texas shuffle to make Stevie proud. I play over this jam track all the time myself just because it’s so fun. In the 2nd part of the lesson you’ll discover how to put in a walking bass line to get a sound like Stevie gets in Pride & Joy.
- Lesson 11: The thrill will not be gone… it will be alive and well once you learn this minor blues tune. This lesson is also where you’ll really get good at combining lead elements into your rhythm playing. Remember, the only difference between the lead and the rhythm player is where they stand.
- Lesson 12: Here we explore the jazzier side of blues. You’ll learn more about chord substitutions, back-cycling, and some awesome little chord shapes (G7#9#5 anyone? It only takes 2 fingers). One of the other great benefits of this lesson is how it helps your ear to recognize chord sounds.
- Lesson 13: Here’s where we get funky. Blues music has evolved to include elements of funk, rock, and country as commonplace. Funk blues is some of the best fun you’ll ever have with a band. The jam track on this one is slammin’ too so if you don’t have a band, don’t worry, I’ll provide one.
- Lesson 14: The influence of Gospel music in blues can’t be denied either. In this lesson we’ll take your chord playing to a new level with a beautiful slow gospel blues tune remeniscent of I Ain’t Got Nothin’ But The Blues.
- Lesson 15: Heading more in the lead direction we dig in to the first blues scale pattern (actually it is introduced back in lesson 11) and learn how it is used and moved around the fretboard.
- Lesson 16: All your questions about string bending will be answered here. You’ll also learn some of the most common blues bend licks that you can put to use in your own solos.
- Lesson 17: Here I’ll lay out all of the blues “tricks” at your fingertips. You’ll learn about hammer-ons, pull-offs, “tweedlies”, and how to combine them into some blues phrases that you can use in your own solos.
- Lesson 18: This is where you put it all together. You’ll learn a complete solo in the key of A. All of the licks are taken from previous lessons, so you really get to see how to construct a solo from the pieces you have learned.
- Lesson 19: Now you’ll see how to step out of the box into pattern 2 of the blues scale. This is where a lot of things open up for many people because boxes 1 and 2 are the most commonly used. You’ll start to hear a lot of licks that you recognize now.
- Lesson 20: Now we’ll take boxes 1 and 2 and combine them together in this complete solo over the minor blues we learned in lesson 11. It is very similar to the song The Thrill Is Gone. By now you’re really cooking.
- Lesson 21: It’s time to swing! Some blues uses straight feel, but a lot of it is a swing feel. We’ll pull that swing apart and have you grooving like nobody’s business. More importantly, you’ll learn how triplets work and how to incorporate them in to your solos. You’ll start to notice an increase in your speed as well… not from learning anything new, but because you will be better able to hear the beat and how to fit more notes in it. The problem with speed is usually in your ear, not your fingers.
- Lesson 22: Solo example #3 is an uptempo blues swing in G. You’ll learn a lot of good licks here and really get your swing together. You’ll also get a great “comping” pattern for your rhythm playing. You’ll be amazed how good you can sound with 2 notes, moving 1 fret. It’s so simple and so effective.
- Lesson 23: Here is where we really blow the fretboard up and you’ll learn how to move the blues scale all around the guitar to any key, major or minor, without learning any new patterns or shapes.
- Lesson 24: This lesson is my personal favorite. You will learn what is probably the single most important thing you can know about blues soloing. This was the “Aha!” moment I had just a few days before a gig and it changed my playing forever, as well as the playing of dozens of my students over the years. Once you learn this, you will own the blues.
- Lesson 25: The “Slow Blues In G” solo example. Right here is 36 bars of pure, finely crafted blues guitar. Play this solo at your next jam session and watch the heads turn and the jaws drop. Jam along with the CD backing track and your family and friends will not believe it is really you sounding that good.
- Lesson 26: We start this DVD with yet another smokin’ solo. This one is a more uptempo swing feel that will keep any band groovin’. Both Lessons 25 and 26 are crafted to really illustrate the details and points that you learned in Lessons 23 and 24. You can’t just hear about how to do this, you have to make it part of your personal “voice” on the guitar… and that’s what these solos will do for you.
- Lesson 27: In this lesson we finish up the neck with the final 3 boxes of the blues scale. There are also several licks for you to learn and add to your growing arsenal.
- Lesson 28: In this solo we put everything you have learned together. One of my students used this solo in his band when they played “Sweet Home Chicago.” He got cheers and applause every time with it. By the time you have learned this solo, you will be able to solo comfortably anywhere on the guitar neck in any key… period.
- Lesson 29: For a little icing on the cake we talk about “chord soloing” and using portions of chords, 2 notes at a time, to get those cool double-stop sounds you hear on recordings like “Hideaway” by Freddie King and so many others.
- Lesson 30: This lesson has quickly become a favorite of many of my students. I call it the “Playing On The Porch” lesson. Here we’ll look at a way to play all by yourself utilizing both rhythmic and lead elements. This is one of the most traditional ways to utilize the blues “call and response” element. Many students like to learn this lesson first just because it’s such a blast to play, and it’s really easy to learn.
- Lesson 31: This last lesson takes the “Playing On The Porch” idea a little further and adds in the “secret sauce” of the mixture of major and minor sounds. Play this one while you are sitting around home one day and your family will fell like they are getting a personal concert.
In each lesson I go over every note carefully and completely… often literally spelling out for you which string and fret to put your fingers on for the entire lick. And these DVDs are packed full of information from start to finish.
And all of these DVDs and CDs would be great, but you’ll also have every single note written out in TAB, along with written explanations of every lesson. Click here to view a sample page (opens in a new window)
Listen, I’m no salesman, I’m a guitar player, a husband, and a father. Take a minute and Google my name if you don’t believe me. You won’t find me on any big marketing pages, you’ll find me playing my guitar…
And when I’m not out playing with my trio or with my big horn band (with my wife on sax!) I’m teaching private students just like you. In the last 22 years that I’ve been teaching, I’ve rarely carried less than 40 students per week. In fact, there’s usually a waiting list to get in to lessons with me.
I don’t tell you this to brag, I just want you to know that I’m here to teach you. I want to help you learn and become a better blues guitarist. I don’t just want to show you what I know and how cool I can play. As I say to my private students, “we’re not here for my benefit, we’re here for yours.”
“You’ll Make A Player Out Of Me Yet…”
I was skeptical… I suck at guitar, so how’s some DVDs gonna help me? When everything arrived I expected something that looked a little more ‘homegrown’. It was very professional and nicely laid out. Thanks Griff! You’ll make a player out of me yet.

Now, I understand that you don’t know me from a hole in the ground. And if you haven’t been scammed by some snake-oil salesman online, then you are among the lucky ones…
I’m really not here to try and convince you to invest in Blues Guitar Unleashed 2.0. Only you can decide for yourself if this is right for you.
I’m also not going to tell you that if you buy Blues Guitar Unleashed 2.0, you’ll be playing like Hendrix or Clapton in 2 weeks. That’s just not realistic for anyone.
So if you are one of those guys who owns 20 different “how to play blues guitar” courses and they are all dusty on the shelf, then I can’t help you and you would be wasting your money.
But if you have 15-20 minutes a day to practice, and are willing to follow some simple instructions, then I can have you playing some really fun blues guitar… literally on the first lesson.
And while I may not make you sound like Clapton in a week, I can and will explain very clearly why he plays the notes that he plays. Armed with that information, you can choose to sound like Clapton or not… but at least it’s up to you.
Enough of my rambling… here is what some other folks have said about Blues Guitar Unleashed 2.0…
“The Very Best Blues Guitar package I’ve Ever Seen Or Heard In My Life.”
I’ve been playing Electric Lead and Rythym Guitar for several decades, been in several bands, done all kinds of performances, both live and studio recordings and traded licks with some of the best pickers over the many years…and all that helped in my improvisational and professional skills. My original roots started with classical music and the piano in the late 50's….I was lucky because my mother was a keyboard player and instructor…..but very strict and traditional.
As you might guess, I’m a product of the 60's and a Texas Resident..you have mentioned some of the guitarists I knew, some are now gone and many still around……..but never have I had a package anywhere like you put together with studio quality backup blues tracks that cover all kinds of popular variations…..phrasing, instructions, and so much more…..
You can quote me on this email….as a testimonial……any guitarist who doesn’t own this package is just simply incomplete…..I don’t care what level of player they may be…you put together the very best Blues Guitar package I’ve ever seen or heard in my life. - The Texas Guitarist (via email)
“It Sounds Like Somebody Else…”
I’m loving this course. Practicing all the time now. My wife already says “it sounds like somebody else playing in your music room now.

"Finally a book that really gets to the meat and potatoes of it. I wish I would have had this system years ago. Top Notch Product!!"

“I Feel I’m Really Playing ‘The Blues’..”
First I would just like to say thank you for your blues course. I’ve got heaps of them and this is the one I keep coming back to. I find it challenging and really enjoy the musical examples you give. So many courses have examples that are boring to play so there is no incentive to work on them. With your course I feel I’m really playing ‘the blues.’ I particularly like the Clapton, BB King and Albert King lessons with the video and mp3 tracks. All great choices and bite-sized so they are not too daunting.”
- Jim, Australia
“A Light Bulb Went Off…”
I don’t know how you did it, but after just the first chapter, a light bulb went off. Even in the other “book” I already had, they showed the blues scale in a minor, played from different frets. What I have never been able to understand (I’m not as dim witted as it sounds) was how to play the scale in other cords (c,d,e,etc…)
From the very first chapter in your book, I now understand that by simply moving to a different fret (I now know what a “root” note is thanks to your book as well!) I can play to a different cord. I NEVER play with someone else because I never know what to play. Now, I can play along with someone because I know what notes in that scale to play for each rhythm cord!
This may not seem like anything, but It is going to make playing SO MUCH FUN for me now!!!
People talk about reaching different plateaus – this is a different planet for me!
Thanks you so much – I now eagerly look forward to practicing. I’m only on chapter 2, but I’m loving every minute of it!
- James, TX, US
This system has worked for hundreds, if not thousands of students, and I’m sure it will work for you.
The success stories I have received from hundreds of guitar players all over the world are the absolute best thing for me (next to my family, of course.) I would love nothing more than to read your success story one day soon.
So here’s what to do next…
All I’m asking you to do is say “maybe.” Let me put it simply… I’m so confident in Blues Guitar Unleashed 2.0 that if you are not 100% completely satisfied with your investment today, I’ll give you a full 365 days to send it back for a full refund, no questions asked.
Let me say that again, it’s really important…
My 365 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Blues Guitar Unleashed within 365 days from the date of purchase, simply return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
So What’s All This Gonna Cost Me?
Let’s face it… we guitar players are a weird bunch and I’ll admit it freely. We’ll run out and spend $4000 (or more!) on a AAA top Les Paul or a ’60's Custom Shop Strat without batting an eye. It’s like a drug… we have to have it (I think you know what I mean.)
I must have 20 different pedals just on the floor in my studio alone, and to make that kind of investment and not get the absolute most out of it just seems like it ought to be a crime… and I just don’t want to see that happen to you.
Blues Guitar Unleashed 2.0 is well over 11 hours of step-by-step instruction! There is enough material here to take you through a solid year of guitar lessons… a whopping $4000+ if you take them with me privately.
But today you aren’t going to pay anywhere near that…
Nope… if you decide to invest in Blues Guitar Unleashed 2.0 today your investment is only $247 $197 as a Collectible Guitar reader.

“I Am Actually Playing My Guitar Now…”
I must say at this age my learning curve is much steeper than it was as a child. My fingers on the fret board looked like a drunk long legged spider. I was beginning to get frustrated with my lack of progress. Your program has boosted my confidence. I am actually playing my guitar now. Thank you.

The Most Frequently Asked Questions:
-
Q.Is this course good for a beginner?
A.If you’ve never picked up a guitar before, this will be over your head. In my experience, most people underestimate their own abilities. You should at least be able to strum a few simple songs and ideally have some familiarity with barre chords (though it isn’t necessary.)
-
Q.Do I have to play electric guitar or does it work on acoustic?
A.The notes don’t change… blues is blues. Everything I show in this course will work on an acoustic guitar. Some examples (lessons 14 and 30 come to mind) work even better on acoustic I think. That being said, it is geared towards playing with a band as opposed to playing solo (by yourself.)
-
Q.Is it hard to get a refund if I don’t like it?
A.It’s a cinch. You’ll have my email address if you need to get in touch with me. All you do is send it back. I’ll happily refund your money if it’s not for you.
-
Q.Is this all secure, I don’t feel good about typing in my credit card information?
A.In today’s world, you can’t hardly get any more secure than my order page. It is tested daily to be hacker safe by McAfee, the industry leader.
-
Q.How much do I need to practice?
A.20 minutes per day is a good place to start. Any less than that and you won’t see the kind of progress you are looking for. You can get by on less, but you may get frustrated with the lack of improvement.
-
Q.Will your DVDs work in my country?
A.I have students and customers all over the world. These are not region-specific and should work in most any DVD player or computer.
-
Q.Do you ship to the UK, Australia, Africa, etc?
A.Yes. There are very few countries I cannot ship to.
-
Q.How much is shipping outside the US?
A.Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart once you enter your country and shipping method.
